How do you reccomend using this with autocompact?

This looks like a great tool but I'm curious how you use it in practise, do you disable autocompact and just /clear when the context is full ? It sounds like there is no real benefit to autocompact if this is being used?

Yeah I actually never get anywhere near auto compact anymore. I use ccstatusline and now I watch for like 50% context then I do /clear and because of the “what’s next” in context you can often just type “continue”

@waemm check this out. My request finished it's first phase. I instantly have that context available (as previewed in the terminal window below it) and you can see that if I hit /clear and then simply type continue

here are the last 2 entries in my context for the landing page project for claude-mem – I am trying to strategically limit the output of the older less relevant context, but having it there chronologically helps give claude the overall view of what you're doing.

Only the most recent includes the files read / files modified, and there's more to be done here in the way of improvements I'm sure. this is only just the start :)

Request: Create a complete light mode and dark mode color scheme using proper Tailwind v4+ and add a toggle to the hero with three options: light, dark, and auto.
