This PR adds basic support for "challenge alias domains", ie. when you want to delegate the challenges to another domain, to limit the what zones the CF API token can edit (or if your main domain is hosted where there's no API access available).
As documented in the
config.default.sh, you can use it by setting the newsuffixvariable for the domain, and that causes the hook to create the challenge hostname with that suffix, and the API token only needs edit access to the alias domain.
