I have updated the devrel website theme to match the theme of main website to ensure consistencies across different platforms of keploy

Fixes # keploy/issues/2535

Hi @Sonichigo, I have updated the ui but my pr is failing due to the cla workflow error which says it cannot access PERSONAL_ACCESS_TOKEN, but i have generated a token and put it in my forked repo before creating a PR, please help me resolve this issue.

You can resolve the CLA by commenting - "I have read the CLA Document and I hereby sign the CLA." and then recheck to pass the CLA
