Feature request: read personal access token (PAT) from stdin

Maybe using the common idiom of interpreting - as standard input: github-backup ... -t - .... Or maybe this is already covered by the -t file:// feature?

This does already work using file:///dev/stdin:

echo "$TOKEN" | github-backup user -t file:///dev/stdin ...

Or piping from a secret manager:
cat /run/secrets/github_token | github-backup user -t file:///dev/stdin -o /backup --labels

Or in a script:
get_secret "github_token" | github-backup user -t file:///dev/stdin -o /backup --all

This is Unix-only (/dev/stdin doesn't exist on Windows). A proper -t - implementation would be needed for cross-platform support.

@josegonzalez I think this can be closed as it does already work, and no one else has asked about this in 4 years.

If you like I could do a PR that includes one of the above example in the README examples section. But I think most people who want it will figure it out quite easily.
