- Added provisioning tool and separated the Provision from HAL directory.
- Modified the convertToDate algorithm to provide accurate results.
- Added a new function unsignedArrayCompare to compare the unsigned byte arrays.
2. taking input from json file 3. Added all the provisiong flow.
2. Separated the Provision library from HAL and put it inside the provisioning_tool folder
date. 2. Added new method for UnsignedArrayCompare.
