URL for attachments not working in mail to mailing list

User dogma at disroot dot org reported that an attachment URL included as part of a mailing list reply that I sent does not redirect properly. The reply as he received it contained a URL to the attachment, I presume instead of the actual attachment. Mail management must have archived and then converted the attachment to a pipermail URL.

The URL he received in my e-mail reply:

https://lists.haxx.se/pipermail/curl-library/attachments/20251224/5a339fb3/attachment-0001.crt

That URL is redirected to curl.se but is invalid. Also, it looks incorrect:

https://curl.se/mail/list.cgi?list=curl-library/attachments/20251224/5a339fb3/attachment-0001.crt

I confirmed in list.cgi there is no handling for something like that.

I assume the general redirect is https://lists.haxx.se/pipermail/curl-library => https://curl.se/mail/list.cgi?list=curl-library so I took a guess and tried https://curl.se/mail/curl-library/attachments/20251224/5a339fb3/attachment-0001.crt but that didn't work.

I don't understand how he got the https://lists.haxx.se/pipermail... URL. I can't find any such in the email exchange.

Well, that's weird. Since I am the one that sent the e-mail I don't receive a copy of it from the list so I can't give any insight here.
