According to the https://www.contentstack.com/docs/developers/apis/content-management-api for find and fetch, these should both support querying with locale.
I'm not sure if you take PR's if so, I'd love to implement what is required, do you have some sort of code guidelines? I see in some methods, the locale defaults to "en-us"
