add java 25 to the wizard and set gradle 9.1.0 as JDK 25 compatible
in past, I did also update
libs.gradletogether with those values (#8461) but this is probably not needed here.tested new project wizard once with clean
~/.gradlefolder and it downloaded exactly one dist (9.1.0) and the project initialized and ran on JDK 25.
