Java
builds are now available from nearly all vendors dependency checker: - updated dependencies of dependency checker and locked toolbox version - switched to gav-resolve-transitive goal since gav-copy-transitive is deprecated - BinariesListUpdates.java: reduced concurrency level and resolved deprecation warning

LGTM, need to change json to build apidoc against 25 too.

@ebarboni jenkins might not have the ga build yet - I am not sure. I asked on the infra channel since it would be good to update the other JDKs too. |
