[UI improvement suggestion] Hover for play button faster animation

A very basic suggestion, I just feel the UI for the play button when hovering mouse over track image should pop up faster in say 1/2 the time it does now (I estimate it at 700-1000ms so I would say something between 300-500ms would appear better from my experience with hover overlays like this)
