Wrong illustration in HostVehicleData w.r.t. coordinate system

As discussed in #387, the picture in the documentation of HostVehicleData (see https://opensimulationinterface.github.io/open-simulation-interface/structosi3_1_1HostVehicleData.html) does not match the description of the HostVehicleData residing in the global coordinate system, but rather seems to suggest some form of vehicle-relative coordinate system, which is not true.

The picture should be dropped or replaced with something clearer.

Should the picture in the documentation for HostVehicleData have a coordinate system placed outside of the vehicle like in the ground truth (https://opensimulationinterface.github.io/open-simulation-interface/structosi3_1_1GroundTruth.html)? In the documtentation, it does not refer to any specific point i the host vehicle, so from my point of view there is no vector or line needed from the coordinate system to the vehicle.
