Label pane becomes unresponsive after adding or editing a label

Describe the bug
After creating a new label or editing an existing label, the label pane cannot be opened again. This issue happens consistently and requires a page refresh to restore functionality.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Open the label pane.
2. Create a new label or edit an existing one.
3. Close the label pane.
4. Attempt to open the label pane again.

Expected behavior
The label pane should be able to open normally after adding or editing a label without requiring a page refresh.

Additional context
This issue may be related to the label pane state not being updated or reinitialized after label changes.
