Changed list type, made emails clickable and added xurl to break urls at any letter
Replaced \cite with \sidecite
TikZ externalized enabled by default. Also made changes to the dependency diagram, maybe in vain
Remove \CYR commands
Also ton of styling and reformating
mathtools must be loaded before unicode-math, otherwise some symbols become broken, e.g. underbrace. See latex3/mathtools#43

Помимо содержательных изменений у меня поработал форматтер, поэтому диффы местами не очень :(.
