Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I use git worktrees to develop multiple branches of a repo in parallel.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd love for Claude-mem to support that and write the memory to the same storage as the repo.

This is something sorely needed, on bigger projects we only work with worktrees and we'd lose knowledge
