My GitHub account is inaccessible due to two-factor authentication (2FA) being enabled. I've lost access to my authentication app that generated verification codes, and I also forgot to save or have misplaced my recovery codes. Currently, I wish to delete this GitHub account to release the email address bound to it, allowing me to create a new GitHub account using the same email address which is still accessible to me. I need to know if there's an official way to either delete the account or unbind the email without having access to the 2FA verification codes or recovery codes, and what the specific procedure would be for this situation.
