Hi Team,
I am locked out of my original GitHub account.
Original Account:
Username: zmmalik
Primary email: malikzee979@gmail.com
Problem:
I tried signing in using Google Sign-In. Instead of logging into my existing account, GitHub created a new account using the same email.
Now:
• I cannot access my original account
• My repositories and CI/CD pipelines are inaccessible
• Google Sign-In and Email logs to newly created account
I already submitted a support ticket more than 2 weeks ago but I haven’t received any response yet.
This is blocking my work and I urgently need access restored.
Request:
Please escalate my case so I can regain access to my original account. I can provide ownership proof if required.
