I'm also experiencing this issue randomly appearing on C++/WinRT generated code, nuspec and nugget target files. and any other file that has texttext or characters affecting any text sequence containing relative paths and file extensions. Very annoying! |

I’m having the same problem here. About three months ago everything was working perfectly, and now, all of a sudden, it’s seriously interfering with my work. When I subscribed to the service, it was precisely to help with productivity, but in the past few weeks I’ve been spending a huge amount of time trying to track down this error in every code generation, and it’s always there. It happens after a period (.) and also after a colon (:). |

It's like the thing loose context of what it is generating code vs. normal writing, where you expect spaces after those punctuation marks. If you have too many lines of code to review it would be worth to invest a few minutes writing a grep script to remove those spaces unless they are withing string literals. I use TextPad which has grep search and replace. |

+1 sometimes it also ommits generated filename extensions completely for example
besides the existing reported issue for example:
model: Claude (sonnet, opus, both do it) |

Same here with a PowerShell Script. Each iteration adds those spaces at random locations behind a . or :. Automatically replacing them seems not to be a good idea since it may match valid content. |
