Hi GitHub Education Team,

I previously used my academic email (@bscse.uiu.ac.) to apply for the GitHub Student Developer Pack with the GitHub account (name@7). I have since deleted that account.

I am now trying to use this same academic email with a new GitHub account, but I’m getting an error saying that the email has already been used.

Could you please unlink or release this email from the deleted account so I can reapply for the Student Developer Pack?

Hi @SSea-man,

You have to contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and ask them to revoke your student benefits from your old account so you'll be able re-apply.
