Is there any way to make the Touch Bar controls work and stay fixed even when the app is in mini player mode?

The Touch Bar controls disappear in mini player mode because the mini player is a separate window, and the Touch Bar in Electron is tied to the currently focused window. Right now, Touch Bar controls are only set up for the main window, so when you switch to the mini player, they go away since that window doesn't have its own Touch Bar instance set see implementation.

To make Touch Bar controls work and stay fixed in mini player mode, you’d need to set up a Touch Bar for the mini player window as well. This means updating the mini player window creation logic (in miniPlayer.service.ts) to call something like miniPlayerWindow.setTouchBar(touchBar) using the same or similar Touch Bar setup as the main window. You can reuse most of the logic from the existing TouchbarProvider, but you’ll want to make sure both windows stay in sync with playback state and actions.

This is a limitation of the Electron API: each window manages its own Touch Bar, so you’ll need to explicitly set it up for every window where you want controls to appear details.
